Terms of use

These terms apply to the Pickaxe Empire Mini App in Telegram, its bot and this website. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. The game

Pickaxe Empire is a game. Your level, crew and mining speed come from the PXE you hold. Rewards, rates, levels, boosts, tasks and fees can change as the game develops.

2. No financial advice

PXE is a crypto token. Its price can go up or down, and nothing in the app or on this website is financial advice or a promise of profit. Only use what you can afford to lose.

3. One account per person

Use one Telegram account and one TON wallet. Multiple accounts, fake referrals, bots, scripts or exploiting bugs can lead to removed rewards, blocked withdrawals or a banned account. Banned accounts are never paid; pending withdrawals of a banned account are returned to its in-app balance.

4. Your wallet

You are responsible for your TON wallet and its keys. We never ask for your seed phrase. A wallet linked to an account stays with that account. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal and the fee are shown in the app before you confirm. Withdrawals may be reviewed for fair play before they are sent. A withdrawal that cannot be sent is refunded to your in-app balance.

6. Friends and rewards

Friend rewards are 5% of what your friends mine and must be claimed in the app. Rewards gained by breaking these terms can be removed.

7. Availability

The app runs inside Telegram and depends on Telegram, the TON network and other services. It may be paused for maintenance, changed or ended, and we are not liable for losses caused by outages or third parties.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app means you accept the current version.
