Delete your account

You can delete your Pickaxe Empire account at any time. You don't need to give a reason.
In the Android app
Open the Profile page, tap Delete account and confirm. You are signed out on every device straight away.
Without the app
Send a message from the Telegram account you play with, or email us from an address you can confirm, and ask us to delete your account. Include your Telegram @username.
What is deleted
Within 30 days we erase your profile, game progress, balances, invites, linked wallet address and app sessions. Anything in progress, such as a pending withdrawal, is settled first.
What is kept
Records of past withdrawals are kept for as long as we need them to prevent fraud and settle disputes. Transactions on the TON blockchain are public and permanent, so nobody can delete them. An Ancient Pass stays in your wallet until you destroy it.
